Returns
- Customers are entitled to return products within 10 days of receipt, provided that the products are in their original, unused condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@ifacesimulator.ca to obtain a return authorization number.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect product).
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled at no cost before they have been shipped. If the order has been dispatched, it will need to be handled according to our return policy.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Refunds
- Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation that it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- In cases of cancellations where the order has not yet been shipped, the refund will be processed immediately.
